As an experienced high school cello player participating in the highest ensemble level of Elgin Youth Symphony Orchestras, serving Assistant Principal cellist in Illinois Music Educators Association Conference in 2024 as a Freshman, and winning a concerto competition, I can assure beginner level cellists they are placed in the right hands of a still-growing musician, who intends to guide players to learn and facilitate new technique, maintain repertoire building, and many more. Below are the five main topics I will tend to facilitate during a lesson.
I additionally often enjoy utilizing the Suzuki Method® for repertoire building for beginner cellists.
